Your subscription renews automatically. To avoid renewal failures, keep a valid payment method on file.
Update payment method
- Go to Update payment method.
- Enter your new card details and click Save payment method.
- You'll see a confirmation message when it's saved.
If saving fails
- Check your card details and try again.
- If your bank requires extra verification, follow the on-screen prompt.
- If it still fails, email support with a screenshot of the error message.
